Data we collect

We only collect the data we need to run the store and deliver your orders:

• Contact details: your name, UAE mobile number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Delivery details: emirate, area, address and delivery notes.
• Order details: the products you buy, amounts, order status and our messages with you about the order.
• Account details, if you create an account: your login details (passwords are stored encrypted, never in plain text) and saved addresses.
• Messages you send us through the website, WhatsApp or email.
• Technical and usage data, such as pages visited and device type, collected with cookies only if you agree to them.

How we use your data

• To process, confirm and deliver your orders and to collect cash on delivery.
• To contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To manage your account, order history and saved addresses.
• To answer your questions and handle returns or complaints.
• To improve our website and products, using analytics only with your consent.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations in the UAE.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as much as they need: our delivery partner (name, phone number and address, only to deliver your order), our website hosting and security providers (Contabo and Cloudflare), our email provider (Resend), and, with your consent, analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta.

We may also disclose data when UAE law or a competent authority requires it.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and your login working. Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Payments

All orders are paid cash on delivery. We do not ask for or store any bank card details on this website.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and invoice records for as long as UAE law requires (at least 5 years for tax records). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Inactive guest carts are deleted automatically after 60 days.

Your rights

In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop using it for marketing, or to withdraw your consent. Send your request to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

How we protect your data

The website uses HTTPS encryption, access to customer data is limited to authorised staff, and passwords are stored with strong one-way encryption.

Children

Our products are suitable for the whole family, but orders must be placed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its date.
