Orders

After you place an order you receive an order number (for example SAM-10001). We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it before shipping. An order is accepted once we confirm it.

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if the delivery details are incomplete, or if we cannot reach you to confirm it. You will never be charged for a cancelled order.

Prices

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Delivery fees depend on the emirate and are shown before you place the order. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Payment: cash on delivery

All orders are paid in cash to the courier when your order is delivered. Please have the exact order total ready. We do not accept card payments on the website.

Delivery, returns and refunds

We deliver to all seven emirates. Delivery times, fees, damaged items, returns and refunds are explained on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Using our products

SAM products are cosmetic hair care products, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Please read the label before use, avoid contact with the eyes and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Results vary from person to person.

Customer accounts

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed with your account.

Website content and reviews

The SAM name, logo, photos and texts on this website belong to SAM Hair Care and may not be copied without permission. Reviews must be honest and respectful; we may decline reviews that are offensive or unrelated to the product.

Liability

We take care to describe our products accurately. Hair types differ, so results can vary from person to person; if you have a sensitive scalp or allergies, please check the ingredients before use. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the date of your order applies to that order.
