Shipping & Returns

We deliver SAM hair care to every emirate in the UAE and you pay cash on delivery. Here is everything you need to know about delivery, payment and returns.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Delivery times

Usually 1 to 3 working days for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and Umm Al Quwain, and 2 to 4 working days for Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before shipping.

Orders are delivered by our delivery partner. Delivery can take a little longer during public holidays and busy seasons such as Ramadan and Eid; we will let you know on WhatsApp if your order is delayed.

Delivery fees and free delivery

The delivery fee depends on your emirate and is shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order. Delivery is free on orders above the free-delivery amount shown in your cart.

There is no extra charge for paying cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready if you can.

Payment: cash on delivery

You pay cash on delivery, so no card is needed online. Please have the order total ready when the courier arrives. All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 836 0494 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, only unopened products in their original packaging can be returned, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

To start a return, send us your order number and a photo of the product on WhatsApp. If the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we collect it and replace or refund it free of charge; please tell us within 48 hours of delivery. For other returns, the return delivery fee is paid by you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check a returned item, we refund the product price by bank transfer (or in cash when we collect the item) within 7 working days.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped: just send us your order number on WhatsApp. If an order is refused at the door without a reason, we may ask you to confirm future orders on WhatsApp before we ship them.
